Fung Kin
FUNG Kin is a student artist, he has a background which majoring Visual Art and Culture in Hong Kong Design Institute. He mainly using 3D format to create artwork such as installation and sculpture, he loves to use clay as a medium for his creation. He believes that installations have more possibilities to develop than painting. His works concerned about social issues and personal development. he always inspired by different artists like Jenny Saville, she uses her work to satire the inequality between men and women, and let him think about what can he do through art?
He had interviewed a Hong Kong artist, HUI Wai Keung, which inspired him to brainstorm his artworks in the future. He also joined Guangzhou study tour to explore the Chinese porcelain culture and Beijing study tour to understand more about Chinese contemporary artists among the art scene, how they cooperate with foreign contemporary artists.
馮健是一名學生藝術家,他畢業於香港知專設計學院,主修視覺藝術與文化。他主要使用3D形式來創建藝術作品,如裝置藝術和雕塑,亦喜歡用粘土作為創作媒介。他認為裝置藝術比繪畫有更多發展的可能性。他的作品關注社會問題和個人發展,他曾參考其他藝術家如Jenny Saville等不同藝術家的想法並發現一些靈感,Jenny Saville透過她的作品來諷刺男女之間的不平等,令馮健想過:「我能用藝術做些什麼呢?」
過去他曾向香港藝術家許偉強進行採訪,讓他在未來對他的作品得到靈感。而且他還參加了廣州考察學習中國瓷器文化更前往了北京考察了解更多關於中國當代藝術家的內容,比如他們如何與外國當代藝術家合作等。
