LAM Yu Sum was born in 1996, he was graduated from HKDI majoring in visual arts and culture in 2018.

 

He exerts in creating space on artwork by using different materials, sum likes to explore the possibility and form of the material. He used to install water pipes nearby studio sink, created a multi-direction space and composed an unlimited extending feeling. His inspirations come from the observation in daily life, those details or interest things will add to the artwork concept. Once he used tape and scratched it by nails and left the torn traces, projecting by lights, the texture of tape and the perception varied. For him, spaces and shapes are not fixed and solid, he would like to pursue material presentation, nature, and personal skills, to make the space.       

 

林雨森出生於1996年中國, 2009年移民香港, 2016年就讀於香港知專學院, 修讀視覺藝術與文化高級文憑。

 

他擅長於創造空間, 在學習的過程中, 他利用物料去探索不同的可能性, 曾經使用過水管在工作室設置一個多向性空間以及製造一種無限延長的感覺。 他的靈感來源主要來自於對日常生活的觀察,並將其特性及認知加進創作概念上。 他也曾在膠紙上用自己的手指製造撕裂的痕跡, 再配合燈光效果, 令膠紙的質感和觀感有所變化,而他所創造的並不是一種有形狀, 已知形態, 所追求的會是一種對物料的呈現方式, 把個人的意境用這些簡單的物料創造屬於他的空間。

 

現在,他在專注塑膠彩繪畫, 透過黑與白的畫面去描述虛與實, 中間那抓不實, 但存在的那種模糊狀態。
